Hi, I'm Lynda Williams.
Fueled by my passion for success, I built and led an award-winning consultancy and coaching business for a decade. Even with hard work and grit, the relentless pressure of the industry took its toll, leaving me and my team overwhelmed and burnt out. Realising the need for change, I took a step back.
​During this pause, I've studied high-functioning organisations big and small and their secret to their sustained growth. While it seems like work and life balance is very elusive, it is achievable.

​From there, I created my own signature system to help business owners and their teams rebuild their foundations for a healthy and productive work culture. THE HOLISTIC PR EMPLOYEE SURVEY
Our online assessment collects insights from employees at all job levels, focusing on time management, leadership, productivity, health, and hybrid work.
It's designed for quick completion with minimal disruption and requires some pre-survey preparation.
This approach provides a comprehensive view of employee experiences, aiding in informed decision-making and targeted interventions.
THE OPERATIONAL HEALTH ANALYSIS
This evaluation tool assesses the effectiveness of operational systems, including internal communications, team meetings, client onboarding, and vision days.
This assessment helps key stakeholders identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement, enabling data-driven decisions and strategic changes to optimize performance.

1-2-1 Coaching and Mentorship (75 minutes)
In a 1-2-1 coaching and mentorship session, you will receive personalised and holistic guidance to address specific challenges you are dealing with in your career and in dealing with stress, burnout, and other issues. This 75-minute session is your space to ask Lynda regarding your unique concerns, as well as receive actionable insights and clear action plans for you to follow through.
1-2-1 Coaching and Mentorship (10 sessions)
Engage in a comprehensive 10-session coaching and mentorship program, receiving personalised guidance to tackle career challenges, stress, and burnout. Each 75-minute session allows you to discuss your unique issues with Lynda, gaining actionable insights and tailored action plans. Throughout the 10 sessions, you will benefit from ongoing support and accountability, along with regular feedback to refine strategies and achieve your goals.
Bespoke Group Coaching/Workshop
The bespoke group coaching workshop sessions are tailored to the specific needs of the group where Lynda identifies their specific challenges and addresses problems with actionable solutions. Participants will engage in workshop exercises that address PR skills and implementing better practices while also prioritising mental health within the fast-paced PR industry.Â
The WorkWell PR Academy
The WorkWell PR Academy is a yearly membership program designed to help PR agencies thrive through modern techniques and training, incorporating mindset and well-being to create a productive workplace. Monthly sessions cover a wide range of topics, from PR skills to leadership and mental health. Access includes past workshops and downloadable workbooks on best practices, productivity, career leadership, and more.
