Hi, I'm Lynda Williams.
Fueled by my passion for success, I built and led an award-winning consultancy and coaching business for a decade. Even with hard work and grit, the relentless pressure of the industry took its toll, leaving me and my team overwhelmed and burnt out. Realising the need for change, I took a step back.
During this pause, I've studied high-functioning organisations big and small and their secret to their sustained growth. While it seems like work and life balance is very elusive, it is achievable.
From there, I created my own signature system to help business owners and their teams rebuild their foundations for a healthy and productive work culture. Starting with the public relations and communications industry, the WorkWell System will help you break free from the downhill path of burnout, constant crisis management, and overall unsustainable growth.
